Enquiry to delivery

  1. Enquiry

    Send the drawing and the brief. STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ or IGES.

    Your file is used to quote and make your parts, and nothing else. It is never shared. Files on enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 90 days.

  2. Quote

    A fixed price and a stated tolerance, in writing, with the rates it was calculated at.

  3. Production

    Printed, finished, and checked against the drawing.

  4. Delivery

    Packed and shipped, with the paperwork.
